This is a post

Okay, twenty minutes to write and post this. I keep leaving this so late, I should really learn.

This has pissed me off severely

Is it just me or is this completely against Human Rights law? The UK has to comply with the European Convention on Human Rights. Article 8 says that one has the right to respect for private and family life.

It states
1. Everyone has the right to respect for his private and family life, his home and his correspondence.
2. There shall be no interference by a public authority with the exercise of this right except such as is in accordance with the law and is necessary in a democratic society in the interests of national security, public safety or the economic well-being of the country, for the prevention of disorder or crime, for the protection of health or morals, or for the protection of the rights and freedoms of others.

So the question is really whether it is necessary and proportionate for the Government to surveillance all e-mails for a year in order to stop terrorism. I personally don't think it is because I really don't think it'll stop terrorists communicating.

Whenever I read the news article I had to check it wasn't April 1st. It sounds too crazy to be true.

Right, em.

Haven't learnt any songs on the guitar today. Well, I kind of wrote one. I say wrote, I just came up with a cool chord progression, but I need to work on it a bit more.

Okay, 15 minutes.

I don't think I have any more to report on.

Time to post this up, snap a quick DailyBooth picture and go to bed.

I need to time keep much better!

Yeah, see you tomorrow.
